Payments

A deposit of 20% is to be paid through PayPal or by bank. Your booking is valid only when this deposit is received.

The balance is to be settled upon arrival.

By default we ask for a PayPal payment because it is immediate, but a lot of customers prefer to pay by bank. Most banks have catched up with the internet payments and today it feels easier and safer to pay by online banking, using IBAN.

Cancellations

We are very small. Consequently, loosing business through no-shows has a big impact on the business as a whole. Still we would like you to be able to cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly.

We will give you a refund as follows:

50% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more before arrival date

20% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 - 7 days before arrival date

No refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.

Please make sure that you receive our confirmation that indeed your reservation is cancelled. Even though e-mail is quite reliable, we would like to ensure that communication is clear and unambiguous.
